How I can help

If you’re new to therapy, it might feel unfamiliar — or even uncomfortable — to open up. Maybe you’re used to managing things on your own, staying composed, and pushing through. But when something feels “off,” or pressure builds beneath the surface, talking in a safe space can help.

I use two complementary approaches — Person-Centred Therapy and Gestalt Therapy — to support you in a way that fits your pace and needs.

A space where you can be yourself

Person-Centred Therapy creates a space where you’re accepted exactly as you are, without judgement, no pressure, no need to have it all together. You're listened to with care and respect. You set the pace, nothing is rushed. It’s about reconnecting with what matters to you.

Making sense of the present

Gestalt Therapy focuses on what’s happening in the here and now, your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and how you relate to others. We look at patterns that keep repeating. Explore how you feel as you talk. Make sense of what’s happening under the surface. The past is explored only if it’s affecting the present

What You Might Get from Therapy

Relieve Stress

Release what you’ve been carrying. Feel lighter, clearer, and more in control. Together, we can explore the inner tensions that have been weighing you down, finding ways to restore balance and make space for calm.

Emotional Awareness

You might notice how certain feelings get quickly brushed away — maybe with a joke, a change of subject, or a shift into thinking mode. In therapy, we can gently explore these patterns and what they might be protecting

Resilience in Difficult Times

Whether it’s burnout, bereavement, relationship strain, or a life shift — therapy helps you find steadiness and a way forward.

Freedom to be Yourself

Many people carry shame about showing emotion or needing support. Therapy helps you reconnect with your true self — beyond roles, masks, and expectations.

You don’t need to be in crisis, or have all the answers.

You just need a willingness to begin.

I’ll walk alongside you, offering steady support as you explore what’s going on — and start making sense of it all.
